This class is the regular fusion of international rythems with a twist. Come ready to shake, sweat and dance it out. No dance or weight training required just ready to have a great time, smile and laugh. This Zumba class will be focused on Zumba Toning techniques, taught by our master Zumba instructor Tiffany Tierson. Getting a good workout has never been more fun. Come join us and dance your mid-week stress (and extra calories) away. Advance registration required.
