This reading & discussion group, sponsored by a Humanities New York Vision/ Action Grant, will use the celebrated writings of Audre Lorde -- poet, mother and black feminist -- to discuss the ancestral and contemporary complexities of identity, gender, and sexuality in 6 sessions, that will creatively engage community conversation.
