Anyone can do yoga. There are many types of yoga-vinyasa flow is a form of yoga that is taught encouraging one to move to the pace of their breath. This means that everyone will have a practice that fits their own unique needs, not matter what your level. As a special treat, this class will allow you to rejuvenate your mind and body in the fresh air and green grass at Highland Park. Students will be required to bring their own mat to class.
