Yoga for Runners

When: Sat., Feb. 27, 9-11 a.m. 2016

Drive balance into any running program with yoga! With modifications, yoga is accessible to all, regardless of flexibility, and without the need for cumbersome props. Prevent overuse injuries and strengthen muscles that will complement your running program. Please bring a mat, water, and wear comfortable layers. Please note: All levels of both running and yoga are welcome.
