Yoga: Connecting To Our Core

When: Wed., June 11, 6:15-7:30 p.m. 2014

Connecting to our core, connects us to our feelings and offers a sense of balance and ease. In this class, we will create an awareness of this physical and energetic space by learning new breathing techniques, strengthening the abdominal and lower back muscles and improving balance. This core work will help to alleviate low back & SI Joint pain, fuel digestive fire (which keeps us alert), enhance confidence and improve your posture!
