Depending on your day-to-day and your work-out program, you may have noticed tight hips. Improve your posture, reduce lower back pain, learn stretches for post-leg-work-outs, and overall enjoy some juicy hip opening in this Vinyasa flow class. There will be a combination of flow and workshopping with the focus being hips and their alignment. Experience is not required, and all are welcome.
