This class offers a welcoming sequence to introduce you to yoga asana practice. Poses used in this class are basic yet helpful in strengthening and toning your body. Tips are given to get in and out of poses properly and safely. Participants are encouraged to take notes so you can practice at home. Who knows - maybe this will be the beginning of your yoga journey!
