New to Yoga? Join friendly and experienced teacher, Danielle Rinallo, for this introductory workshop featuring basic poses and sequences, common breathing techniques and essential yogic philosophy and history. You’ll walk away with the confidence to attend any yoga class or start a practice at home. This workshop–which will explore both active and restorative yoga– is suited for any age and fitness level.
