Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation

When: Sun., Aug. 5, 1-3 p.m. 2018

Yin yoga is a slow, low impact style of yoga, appropriate for all levels of experience. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes, which allows the connective tissue in the body to open more effectively. Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in, bring a water bottle to fill from our cooler & a mat if you have one.
