Please join us for an exhibition of work by New York City based artists Matthew Tully Dugan and Katherine March Driscoll. Being held in the heart of Rochester's inner city, this event will be showcasing new work addressing the implications of paranoia, surveillance, fear, control and transparency as it effects our cultural and creative processes. The event will also include performances by New City Slang, MDot Coop and DJMK
