What is Happiness?

Presented by Shirley Pudney. We will explore the ways we can actively add happiness to our lives. We will discover some of the ways we may block and subtract happiness. We will identify some of the positive aspects found by researchers on happiness and provide an overview of ways to practice happiness techniques.
