What Can We Do about Twenty-First Century Racism?

Presented by Derik Smith. Even as interpersonal and explicit "racism" is on the decline, institutional racism holds steady and perpetuates old forms of social disenfranchisement in new ways. Many of us are adept at identifying and opposing easily recognized kinds of racism, but if we want to be on the front lines of the struggle to bring about a more just and equitable society, we must deeply consider our engagement with the institutions that produce racist outcomes today.
