Walking is a great low impact activity for anyone and everyone. Walking on a regular basis will help you get fit and develop healthy habits. We recognize that not everyone likes to run, or cannot run due to injuries and other health related hurdles. Why walk alone when you can join the growing walking community at Fleet Feet Sports. Every spring, summer and fall Fleet Feet Sports hosts a Walking ONLY program for individuals looking to get fit or maintain fitness through walking. Choose from three different walking options: 5K walking, intermediate walking and half marathon walking. We will train you to walk your first 5K or help you expand to longer walking distances.
