Legal Assistance of Western NY is holding an open enrollment session for consumers who still need to enroll. The session is free and open to the public. Please bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for every member of the household enrolling. Please also bring documentation of citizenship or travel/visa paperwork. Proof of income including Social Security statements and the last four weeks worth of paystubs are also needed.
