Taught by founder Calvin Eaton, you'll learn the basics of vegan cheese making through this presentation, Q&A, vegan cheese & wine pairing. You'll leave with expert level knowledge, know how and how to make three simple vegan cheeses, pair them with wine, and show your friends the awesomeness that is vegan cheese. All participants will receive a step by step vegan cheese making infographic and recipes. Workshop is open to all ages 15+. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available. This class is not suitable for individuals with tree nut allergies. Advance registration required.
