A great way to celebrate this day of connection by partnering up to practice yoga. We will learn to support each other in poses aligning our bodies, creating balance and becoming present. Partner yoga challenges your balance, strength and flexibility while requiring trust and surrender to support one another in a pose. You may use muscles you never have before or learn something new and fun about your body that you can bring into your own personal asana practice. No yoga experience necessary.
