Presenter:Taylor Brown, Ph.D., MS, CASAC. The negative effects of perfectionism on our well-being, ability to achieve, relationships with others, and self-confidence are significant. However, perfectionistic thinking is viewed by some as a necessary component of striving and achievement. In this overview session, participants will gain insight into the nature of perfectionism and learn about strategies for managing it in their personal and professional lives.
