Ages 11-18. Looking for a way to cope with parents, school, sports, and the daily stresses of your life? Hoping to exercise your mind and your body? Join me for an hour of vinyasa yoga. Expect an hour of movement, mindfulness, and fun. Bring a mat or towel, and water. All fitness levels are welcome.
