Participants will learn a few exercises to help detoxify the body as well as make healing sounds for the different organs. We will also do the beginning movements of the Sun style Tai Chi for Arthritis form which is a gentle, relaxing exercise program that is simple to follow and easy to learn. It is wonderful for increasing your flexibility, muscle strength, lung capacity and cardiac function. Both Tai Chi and Qigong have additional health benefits for relaxation, balance, posture and immunity.
