Get your Qi (energy) ready for summer! This combo Tai Chi/Qigong sampler class will focus on giving you a varied sampling of Qigong from both active and passive forms; some walking, standing, seated and if time, even lying down. Participants will learn a few exercises to help detoxify the body as well as make healing sounds for the different organs. We will also do the beginning movements of the Sun style Tai Chi for Arthritis form which is a gentle, relaxing exercise program that is simple to follow and easy to learn.
