Try Qigong

When: Mon., Jan. 4, 7-8:15 p.m. 2016

This class will focus on giving you a varied sampling of Qigong from both active and passive forms; some walking, standing, seated and even lying down. Some practices will get your Qi (energy) ready for the winter. Participants will learn a few exercises to help detoxify the body as well as listen and make healing sounds for the different organs.
