"The King is Dancing" showcases French and Italian music during the time of King Louis XIV. Members of the dynamic European orchestra Il Giardino d'Amore will be joined by early dance specialist Hubert Hazebroucq, who will demonstrate the artful relationship between Baroque dance and music.
This exciting concert will feature solo and collaborative performances of music and dance, with music by Couperin, Lully, Rameau, Uccellini, and Vivaldi. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
