Students of all levels (yes - even those who have never before stepped on a mat!) are welcome to sample this vinyasa style yoga class. Students will learn proper alignment for standing series poses, including: Warrior I, II, and III, Side Angle, Triangle, and Pyramid. Please Note: Please bring mats and water to this class. A limited number of mats are available for rental ($2 cash only, payable in class). If you would like to rent a mat, please email Jenn at RochesterCommunityYoga@gmail.com to reserve one.
