Juncos are one of the most common and abundant, yet amazing and diverse, groups of songbirds in North America. Designed to engage, entertain and inspire audiences of all ages, this 88-min. documentary film is divided into eight shorter modules exploring the great diversity of colors, shapes, sizes and behaviors of juncos across their ranges. The film makers wanted people to realize that exciting biology, including evolution, is happening every day in their own backyards.
