Every year Americans gather around a feast of turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on the fourth Thursday of November. But how did these "traditional" foods end up on the table? Join us virtually for an exploration of the culinary origins of Thanksgiving with Maya Rook. Learn something new and get some tasty morsels of information to share around the Thanksgiving table this year. Participants will also receive historic and modern recipes to try out at home.
