Simply Crêpes CrepExperience classes are a hands-on cooking demonstration with the restaurant’s co-founder and CEO, Pierre Heroux. Pierre has been making crêpes since the age of 12, when he learned the art from his father. He and his wife, Karen, opened the first Simply Crêpes restaurant 9 years ago and have been sharing their love for crêpes with family, friends and the community ever since. The classes cost $35 per person and include the demonstration, an entrée crêpe and dessert.
