Our nutritionist will teach you the nine principles of the Mediterranean way of eating while you sample a few of her favorite Mediterranean-style snacks. Then you’ll learn to make Garlic Parmesan Tilapia with Lemon Garlic Artichoke Rice or Alforno Scallops, French Green Lentils, and the colorful Amore Salad. As you enjoy your class prepared dinner the Chef and Nutritionist will be available for questions. Of course, you’ll enjoy a delicious glass of wine as you savor your culinary efforts—salute!
