The Art of Chocolate

When: Wed., June 24, 6-9 p.m. 2015

This class will give you a brief history of how chocolate gets from the tree to your mouth. Participants will be shown different ways to temper for that perfect shine and snap as well as how to decorate beautiful shells. Best of all – you will get to make your own caramel or ganache filled truffles.
