In this interactive class provided by Heron Hill Winery, we will be discussing and executing the art and science of blending cool climate red varietals. Learn how and why winemakers make the choice to blend. Students will taste a finished red blend along with the individual components of traditional Bordeaux varietals. Students will then put together and enjoy a glass of their own Bordeaux blend. Participants will enjoy a light snack of local cheeses and take home a stemless wine glass. Participants must be over the age of 21 and have a proper ID.
