The 50 Mile Meal

When: Sat., July 26, 6-8 p.m. 2014

1- Nosh: Pickles, Olives, Radishes with Fresh Butter & Seneca Salt 2- First: Hamachi Crudo, compressed zucchini, menage of beets, fava beans, pickled chili, grape vine smoked seneca salt 3- Second: Farm Lettuces, red romaine and endive baby oak, frisee, oil cured olives, citrus, chevre, poached garlic vinaigrette 4- Third: Chitarra with Cockles, charred tomato sauce, pancetta, cipollini onion 5- Burrata, hazelnut shortbread, grilled stone fruit, basil, aged balsamic For this meal, each course utilizes ingredients sourced locally with fresh, organic produce coming from Lakestone Family Farm’s CSA. Each course will also be be paired with wine from the Finger Lakes.
