Tai Chi On The Lawn

When: Saturdays, 9-10 a.m. Continues through Aug. 6 2016

Drop-In program. No experience necessary. Tai Chi is a combination of slow, rhythmic, meditative movements designed to help you find peace and calm. We'll meet in front of the stage on the lawn at Baker's Park. Lots of free parking right there. Bring water. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers or good walking shoes.
