Tai Chi Easy is a carefully developed and shortened form of traditional Tai Chi that is easy, bene cial and fun from the very start. Five movements that will improve balance and exibility, decrease stress, strengthen cognitive abilities while quieting the mind, and improve the cardiovascular system. Applying the basic essential principles of Taichichuan and Qigong, practitioners will experience a non-impact system that is meditation in motion. Recommended by the Center for Disease Control and the National Institute of Health. No special equipment necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes such as sneakers.
