Tai Chi Easy - 9

When: Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m. Continues through March 26 2019

Tai Chi is moving meditation. In this five-session series we will learn a 9-form Yang style. This class is excellent for graduates of my 5-form classes and anyone else interested in benefiting from this ancient healthy and no-impact practice. All movements are done standing up. No special equipment needed. Instructor: Sifu Jean Sica.
