When: Wed., April 19, 6:30-8 p.m. 2017
This session will focus on stress management and how it affects you personally, physically and emotionally. Long term effects and short term effects on your body including chronic pain, acne, gastrointestinal problems, to name a few. Also, depression, fatigue and addictive behaviors can come into play when stressed. We will go over ways to understand stress, what causes it and how to destress for a healthier and happier lifestyle. You will learn how to love yourself so that you can love others in return.
