It's (finally) strawberry season! Preserve the luscious and locally grown fruit for eating now, or when the leaves start to fall. No matter the season, you can enjoy it with homemade strawberry jam. Learn how to preserve strawberry jam with hands-on-instruction. This class will demonstrate how to preserve jam via the water bath and freezer method. There will be samples to taste and take home.
