Those first green shoots that appear from the ground in the spring are nature’s way of telling us it is time to awaken our bodies. Spring tonics have been just that, a ritual to promote vitality. This class will include creating and sampling a variety of Spring Tonics including a broad spectrum of herbs and super foods. Participants will go home with some great recipes and many new ideas to fortify the body and enhance vitality in a fun and proactive approach to health.
