Come learn the essentials of creating sorbets at home with hands-on demonstrations and tastings, led by Eat Me Ice Cream founders. They will review sorbet flavor inspiration and how to source local, seasonal ingredients. Not only will you be making Blueberry Sorbet and Lemon-lime granita in class, but you'll also be going home with a pint! Directions will be sent out the day prior to class.
