The key to becoming a good cook is knowing what to cook even if you don't have a recipe in mind. You can always make a delicious meal just by knowing a few spice combinations and pairings. For this class we will be making kale chips with different spice combinations and talking about how to use these combination to make soups and stir fry. We will also be discussing how to cook based on what is already in your fridge and pantry.
