When: Tue., July 1, 7-9 p.m. 2014
The goal of this class is to introduce students to the basics of Spanish: reading, writing, listening and speaking. We will use the communicative approach, which focuses more on active use of the language rather than on rote grammar drills. Topics will include pronunciation, numbers, introducing yourself and others, likes and dislikes, everyday objects and actions, and other relevant topics. The class will balance brief, concise explanation of concepts with various drills and activities. Bring paper and something to write with, and be ready to interact and participate!
