This class is for those who need help conversing with people either one-to-one or in a group setting. The workshop will help participants to learn how to relax and engage more as well as make the transition that lets one converse more meaningfully. Participants will be asked to speak in class and to reflect in writing. This class is not a substitute for professional therapy, but a chance to gain insight into how to relax and be able to gain better control in social situations.
