Slice & Dice Like an Italian Chef

Watching a great Italian chef wield the knives is like watching a magic show! After you taste some slices of America’s greatest salame (made by San Francisco artisans from Old World recipes), you’ll learn, hands-on (and fingers intact!), how to slice & dice like a true pro. The meal: Spring Mix with Marcona Almonds & Goat Cheese served with authentic Stracciatella Soup and grilled bread. (You’ll enjoy this meal with a delicious Italian wine sample.)
