First up, our chef will demonstrate how to make Lollipop-Style Rack of Lamb. Then, tie on your apron to create Montenebro Grilled Steaks and Grilled Strip Steak with Citrus Beef Gravy. Along the way, you’ll learn to make steak-loving sides of Creamed Spinach, Grilled Asparagus with Bearnaise Butter, and a cool Iceberg Wedge with Blue Cheese.
