Join Meg Burton Tudman, Mindset Coach and Reiki Master for an evening of self-care for women. During this self-care workshop we’ll practice gentle and restorative yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques to help you rebalance and realign. We’ll also ponder some journaling prompts to help you reset your mindset and gain insights to what’s serving you well and what’s blocking your inspired actions. Throughout our time together, Meg will also offer you reiki (conscious energy healing) to further support you in releasing what no longer serves you and embracing your bright light.
