What happens to your body in the second trimester? A lot! Changes in the second trimester of pregnancy can be overwhelming. This group class will start with a review of some “activities of daily living”—including eating, sleeping and exercise. We will also review considerations such as pain control and delivery options. Our goal is to let you, with your partner’s help, achieve the happiest and healthiest pregnancy possible. The first 45 minutes of the class will revolve around general second trimester information, and the second part of the class will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about anything pregnancy related, such as, “Should I make a birth plan?” and “What if things don’t go as I planned? It is not meant to be a substitute for your prenatal care, and we will never reveal any private information about anyone in the class, for your privacy and protection.
