Seasonal Soups and Stocks

Homemade soups are great for dinner with a light salad or sandwich, but they can also be done ahead and ready for those weeknight dinners on the run! In this class, you’ll sample a hearty seasonal vegetable soup and the chef will discuss ways to adjust the recipe to include your favorite ingredients too. You will also learn the foundational skills of stock making.
