MVP Health Care will host Seasonal Flavors, a series of cooking demonstrations and tastings highlighting local and seasonal produce. September's demonstration will feature Harvest Soups and Stews. Each participant will receive a booklet complete with recipes and a seasonal produce guide. This program is sponsored by St. John’s and MVP Health Care.
