Seasonal Flavors: Fruit Salads & Specialty Breads

St. John’s and MVP Health Care are teaming up for a Seasonal Flavors Cooking Demo to highlight local and seasonal products. St. John’s Dining Services’ culinary experts will provide helpful cooking tips and delicious samples incorporating local produce, keeping good health in mind. Attendees will learn about farm style cooking, unique fruit salads, specialty bread and even breakfast; the most important meal of the day.
