Home Leasing, LLC announces a request for proposals for a sculpture commission at Charlotte Square. This is an open call for artists to submit designs for an outdoor sculpture (on a 10' x 6' pedestal) in a public pocket park adjacent to a new development of apartments and townhomes. The commissioned artist will receive $8,500.00 to complete the project. Residents and students in the Finger Lakes communities of Allegheny, Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates counties are invited to enter.
