Rosé wines have expanded in popularity in recent years. Consumers, wine enthusiast and restaurants are taking Rosé seriously as a versatile alternative to red and white wine. Rosé is no longer considered just a “seasonal wine” and can be enjoyed year round. In this class we will apply the deductive tasting method to taste and discuss different Rosé varietals including a classic French example from Porovence.
