Youth may submit any short film (less than 10 minutes) that they either created for a class, or in their own free time! We are trying to reach as many Rochester area youth as possible to let them know about this free opportunity to showcase their work to an authentic audience at The Little Theatre. There are several opportunities to win awards, including the Phillip Seymour Hoffman Award for the Best of Fest....this award comes with a cash prize and a plaque that hangs at the Little Theatre with the recipients' names.
